Redeeming Your Online Reservation
- All reservations will be held for a maximum of 1 hour from the time of original reservation. When redeeming your reservation at the club, you must provide a valid ID and the order confirmation used at the time of purchase. You must be 21 years of age or older to redeem a reservation.
Actual Spend, Tax, and Gratuity
- All reservations include tax.
- Guests will be charged a waitress gratuity of 20% upon arrival.
- Reservations may be required to meet a certain table minimum amount (the ‘Minimum Spend’), which will be communicated to the guest upon arrival.
- Cash and all major credit cards accepted (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover). The Penthouse Club Tampa is proud to be one of the first gentlemen’s clubs in the country to accept Bitcoin as a discreet payment method.
Actual Spend, Tax, and Gratuity
- Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to 10 A.M. EST on the Reservation Date will result in the forfeiture of all sums paid.
- You must call (813) 288-9200 in order to cancel a reservation.
- All guests must be at least 21 years of age with a valid government issued ID to be presented at the door. Failure to comply with providing ID at the time of your reservation, as stated above, will also result in the loss of all sums paid.
- Venue reserves the right to deny access into venue due to capacity restrictions.
